In Hongkong lag der Fleischverbrauch pro Kopf im Jahr 2020 weltweit am höchsten – bei rund 136 Kilogramm. In Frankreich waren es etwa 79 Kilogramm und in Indien gerade einmal 4,5 Kilogramm.
